What will this cost me?

Access to Pomelo is a covered benefit for Cigna Healthcare members. While many of our services are offered at no cost to you, some visits may be subject to your plan’s standard copay, coinsurance, or deductible—just like an in-person doctor’s visit.

Who is eligible?

Cigna Healthcare members who are pregnant or have a new baby are eligible for this program.

What if I already have an OB-GYN or midwife?

Pomelo won’t replace your in-person provider and supports your family between visits. If you don't have an in-person OB-GYN or midwife already, Pomelo can help you find one that meets your needs.

Is this program available in Spanish?

Yes, the Pomelo Care team includes a number of bilingual English/Spanish speakers. We are also able to support a number of other languages through a translation service. Contact us and let us know your language preferences.
